2. Necessary website and form functions
Page delivery, security and requested form functions operate independently of optional analytics or marketing consent. When you open or use a form, Quform starts a native session. Its browser session cookie is distinct from the server-side session storage, which currently lasts 24 hours. A full form may load its native resources on the page; the footer subscription form obtains a fresh signed form when you open it.
Google reCAPTCHA v3 helps protect forms from spam. Its resources can load on pages containing a full form and when the footer form opens. reCAPTCHA is a form security service, not an optional analytics category, and its use may communicate with Google.
3. Optional analytics and marketing
Optional analytics includes Google Analytics 4 and self-hosted Matomo at clients.dmni.com/statistics. Matomo cookies are enabled in the current configuration. This integration keeps Google advertising storage, advertising user data and personalised-ad consent denied.
Optional marketing includes Meta Pixel. It loads only after you accept marketing and sends the ordinary PageView event. This integration does not send application answers, CVs, email addresses or advanced-matching fields, and automatic event configuration is disabled. Meta may still process ordinary browser, URL and network information under its own terms.
Analytics and marketing are separate choices. Neither is needed to use forms or the essential website functions.
These optional trackers do not load for administrators or on preview and staging environments.
4. Your choices and withdrawal
You can select Accept all optional, Reject all optional or Save selected choices. Your separate analytics and marketing choices are stored in your browser using local storage as tapio.optionalConsent.v2 for 180 days. Earlier analytics-only acceptance does not grant marketing consent.
Use Cookie preferences in the legal footer to change or withdraw your choices later. Withdrawal clears supported tracker cookies and reloads the page to stop libraries that have already loaded; necessary form cookies remain. Browser controls can also delete or block storage, but may affect features you request.
5. Technologies in the current installation
The summary below identifies current functions and providers, not a certified list of every cookie set in every browser. Provider default lifetimes may differ from values in this installation or your browser. We do not present unverified durations as measured facts.
6. Third-party services and video
Google Analytics 4, Matomo and Meta Pixel are governed by your optional category choices as described above. Service providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices. A third-party technology can set a cookie under a TAPiO domain.
When you open a selected TAPiO TV video, a privacy-enhanced player from youtube-nocookie.com loads. Playing a video still communicates with YouTube; it is not tracking-free.
7. Personal data and international transfers
Our Privacy and Data Protection Notice explains how we handle personal data, your rights and how to contact us. Some service providers may process information outside Malaysia. Their privacy notices explain their own processing and retention practices.
8. Changes to this notice
We update this notice when the relevant technologies, services or requirements change. The date shown on this page identifies this version. Provider behaviour and settings may change, so their current notices also matter.
