TAPiO organised and hosted the closing networking dinner of the WEC Malaysia Discovery Mission at the Malaysian Petroleum Club, arranging the venue, negotiating pricing and coordinating delivery. European executives joined Malaysian business leaders and institutional, academic and professional partners to discuss further cooperation.

TAPiO planned and delivered the Melaka programme within the WEC Malaysia Discovery Mission, arranging institutional meetings, industrial visits, transport and logistics. The programme included an Infineon manufacturing visit, investment dialogue with state institutions and a cooperation agreement between WEC and Melaka Corporation.

TAPiO signed a cooperation agreement with the German-Malaysian Institute and AsiaRV during Expo TVET@KKDW in Melaka. The partnership connected recreational vehicle industry development with technical education, vocational training and collaboration between industry and educational institutions.

TAPiO and AsiaRV jointly led a Malaysian industry delegation to Bavaria. The programme included Knaus Tabbert Dealer Days, a manufacturing visit in Jandelsbrunn and discussions at KNAUS Campingpark Lackenhäuser, examining recreational vehicle production, campsite operations and possible cooperation with Malaysia.

TAPiO advised PLANMalaysia on the development of Malaysia’s recreational vehicle park planning guidelines, connecting the team with European guideline authorities and supporting the planning framework. TAPiO also participated and exhibited at the Shah Alam pre-launch, displaying a caravan with Malaysian Vehicle Type Approval.

TAPiO planned and delivered its Berlin business mission programme, arranging meetings, invitations and engagement with Malaysia’s ambassador to Germany. The programme connected Malaysian delegates with German industry and institutional counterparts around investment, technology, skills development and the SME Future Day programme.

TAPiO participated in engagement with ECERDC and Germany’s caravanning industry association during a visiting programme for manufacturers and suppliers. Delegates explored Pahang industrial locations and discussed investment and regulatory considerations with Malaysian agencies at an ECERDC-hosted knowledge-sharing session.

TAPiO organised the business development programme and coordinated meetings between Knaus Campingpark and Perbadanan Nasional Berhad (Pernas) to explore commercial cooperation and the campground concept. Visits to potential camping locations in Janda Baik examined how European camping park experience could be adapted to Malaysia.

TAPiO participated in recreational vehicle industry cooperation associated with ECERDC’s Caravan Salon Düsseldorf mission. Its chairman attended the signing of a cooperation agreement between ECERDC and Knaus Campingpark, focused on developing camping parks and related industry and technology in Malaysia’s East Coast Economic Region.

As an adviser commissioned by ECERDC, TAPiO planned and organised the Germany mission, coordinating the programme with CIVD. The mission supported German–Malaysian recreational vehicle industry development and included an ECERDC–CIVD cooperation agreement, addressing opportunities for manufacturers, component suppliers and camping park operators.

TAPiO facilitated the Belgian port and logistics delegation, arranged meetings with Port Klang Free Zone leadership and participated alongside Belgian trade and diplomatic representatives. Discussions explored commercial connections between Malaysian and Belgian ports and their potential as gateways to ASEAN and Europe.

TAPiO organised a Turkish business delegation programme with MITEC and the Turkish Embassy. Representatives connected with DEIK and the Malaysia–Turkey Business Council met at MITEC to examine investment and trade opportunities, including Malaysia’s potential role in regional business expansion.

Engaged by ECERDC, TAPiO planned and organised the Malaysia–Bavaria trade and investment programme in collaboration with ECERDC. The event marked the soft launch of the Asia Centre of Excellence for Smart Technologies, an ECERDC–TUM International initiative connecting German expertise with Malaysian institutions and manufacturers around Industry 4.0.

TAPiO co-organised an Industry 4.0 workshop series with MIDA, Bayern International and participating state investment organisations in Selangor, Johor and Penang. German industry experts connected with Malaysian manufacturers through presentations, practical discussions and networking focused on adopting Industry 4.0 concepts and practices.
