Social Media Specialist

The opportunity

TAPiO’s work brings together businesses, markets and people across borders. We are looking for a social media specialist who can translate that activity into relevant content and a consistent, credible digital presence.

You will combine planning with hands-on publishing and community engagement. The role calls for creative ideas, good editorial judgement and an interest in what audience responses and performance data can teach us.

What you will work on

• Develop social media plans and campaigns that support the company’s objectives.
• Create and adapt content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X and TikTok, recognising how audiences and formats differ.
• Maintain an organised content calendar and manage the day-to-day presence of our brand profiles.
• Respond to the community, encourage useful engagement and coordinate campaigns, promotions and contests where relevant.
• Monitor performance, interpret metrics and use the findings to improve future content and campaigns.
• Follow platform developments and develop suitable influencer relationships and collaborations.
• Work with colleagues on project communications, including business travel where a project requires it.

What you bring

• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Demonstrable experience as a Social Media Manager, Specialist or in a similar role.
• A strong understanding of social platforms, emerging trends and audience behaviour.
• Experience with social management tools and translating analytics into practical decisions.
• Creative thinking, sound organisation and project management skills.
• The ability to collaborate, take responsibility and move work forward independently.
