The ensemble included The Gustavus Symphony Orchestra conducted by Dr. Ruth Lin as well as the Jazz Ensemble directed by Dr. Dave Stamps. Kassym-Jomart Tokayev who assumed office on 20 March 2019, diplomatic relations that exist between Kazakhstan and Malaysia and major achievements gained from the industrial collaborations notably Islamic banking, oil and gas, infrastructure, green technology and the halal industry.
