TAPiO Management Advisory Halal division team had a fruitful discussion on the Halal industry in Malaysia and globally with Jabatan Kemajuan Islam Malaysia (JAKIM) yesterday at Putrajaya. JAKIM is the agency which responsible for the Islamic affairs including halal certification in Malaysia. Furthermore, products that have the Malaysian halal certification received higher demand and are very well recognised in the global market.
